So for busy bodies like you, we created the Virtual Smile Assessment.
Yep. You can send us photos of your teeth and Dr. Chelian can use them to better understand your orthodontic issues and provide the treatment options, estimated length of treatment and even go over cost of treatment.
Do all of this from the comfort of your own home (or work, or at the soccer field).
While providing us with your insurance info and health history form is not mandatory to submit your Virtual Smile Assessment, you may find it beneficial to do so. We can check out your insurance benefits and see if you are eligible for additional discounts to reduce your out-of-pocket expense.
